TITANIUM + STEEL FRAME FABRICATION
Mid volume, high quality steel and titanium frame production is what we know best. We can cut, form, weld and finish right here in our workshop in central Scotland.
CATAPHORETIC E-COAT PRE-TREATMENT ON STEEL PARTS
We offer an E-coat pre treatment on all our steel parts ensuring they remain rust free for years. The parts a dipped to neutralise rust before a thin layer of paint is electrically applied inside and out.
DESIGN + CAD MODELLING FOR CNC/AM (3D PRINTING)
We are happy to help on any project that requires design specifically for 3D printing or CNC milling. Anything from working up initial sketches to preparing 3D files for print and supplying parts in titanium or steel.
WET COAT PAINT, TITANIUM ANODISING + BEAD BLAST FINISHING
An in house paint shop means we can keep a close eye on finish quality and offer a wide range of wet coat paint options including paint masking, water slide decals and a massive range of colour and finish options.
TOOL MAKING + DESIGN FOR MANUFACTURE
We are trained designers that can develop products and the tooling needed to ensure consistently high quality .
FEA / ISO TESTING THROUGH OUR PARTNERS
We can walk you through the process of testing new products through a mix of computational, laboratory and real world testing to fault find early in the development process.
